1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese slices)

4 slices thick white or sourdough bread

1 tbsp butter (for grilling)

Optional: tomato slices, pickles, jalapeños


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
