  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or sour cream

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce or cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped green chilies or jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
