1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup plant-based ground meat
1 tbsp taco seasoning
6 large flour tortillas
6 small tostada shells
1 cup vegan nacho cheese or shredded vegan cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup guacamole or mashed avocado
1/2 cup vegan sour cream
Fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
Salt to taste
Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add plant-based ground meat and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Cook another 2 minutes and set aside.
- Warm the flour tortillas to make them soft and foldable.
