Ingredients
1 lb flank or skirt steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp lime juice
8 small corn tortillas
