Ingredients
Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Shell Pasta & Alfredo Sauce:
12 oz shell pasta
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook shell pasta to al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak bites 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and cover to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic; sauté 1 minute.
- Stir in cream, simmer 3-4 minutes. Add Parmesan; stir until smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add cooked pasta, toss to coat.
