Steak Bites:

1 lb sirloin steak, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Shell Pasta & Alfredo Sauce:

12 oz shell pasta

2 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan

1/4 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

Pinch of nutmeg (optional)


Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook shell pasta to al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steak bites 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and cover to keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic; sauté 1 minute.
  5. Stir in cream, simmer 3-4 minutes. Add Parmesan; stir until smooth.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add cooked pasta, toss to coat.
  7. Serve pasta topped with steak bites. Garnish with parsley if desired.
