Ingredients

Scale

2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak or deli roast beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small green bell pepper, diced

1 small red bell pepper, diced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 ½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

1 egg (optional, for egg wash)

Optional garnish: chopped parsley or grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and peppers until soft.
  2. Add steak or roast beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through, then remove from heat.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange crescent dough triangles in a sun shape, overlapping at the center.
  4. Spoon steak mixture around the center, sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Fold the triangle tips over the filling and tuck under the ring.
  6. Brush dough with egg wash if using.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish, slice, and serve!
