1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced (or use shaved beef)

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 small yellow onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ cups shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella/provolone mix)

Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)

2 tbsp butter (for brushing the bread)


Instructions
