1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
12 oz penne pasta (uncooked)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add chicken to the same pan. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
- Pour in the broth, cream, buffalo sauce, and ranch mix. Stir well.
- Add uncooked penne pasta to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Return sausage to the pan. Stir and cook 2–3 more minutes to combine flavors.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
