These golden, buttery biscuit bites are stuffed with gooey mozzarella, brushed with a garlic butter glaze, and baked to perfection. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or side dish, these biscuit bombs are guaranteed to impress with their cheesy goodness and irresistible flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. Separate and flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges around the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a smooth ball.
  4. Arrange the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush generously over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and puffed.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Add Variety: Include pepperoni, cooked bacon, or pesto inside for a fun twist.
  • Storage Tips: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
  • Freezing Option: Freeze baked biscuit bombs for up to 1 month. Thaw overnight and reheat in the oven.
