1 (25 oz) bag of frozen cheese ravioli

1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage

1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown meat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain fat.
  3. Stir marinara sauce into the cooked meat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Layer half the ravioli in the dish, then spread all the creamy cheese mixture over it.
  6. Top with half the meat sauce, then repeat layers with remaining ravioli and sauce.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
