Ingredients

8 oz block of feta cheese, cubed

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh cracked black pepper

1 tbsp fresh parsley or basil (optional)

Crusty bread or pita for serving


Instructions

  1. Cut the feta into small cubes. Pat dry if packed in brine.
  2. Heat olive oil gently with garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let the oil cool slightly.
  4. Place feta in a shallow dish and pour the warm oil over it.
