½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon gochujang

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon lime juice

1 tablespoon finely chopped herbs

For Assembly:

2 cups cooked white rice

Fresh cilantro, sesame seeds, green onions (optional)
