1 small head green cabbage, chopped

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for umami)

1/2 cup beef broth (or water)
