1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (garnish)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 garlic clove, finely minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped herbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
