1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut oil (or butter), melted
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
2/3 cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)

Instructions
