1 box Ritz crackers (original or butter flavor)

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp dried parsley (or fresh finely chopped)

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Optional: grated parmesan or red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and parsley.
  3. Gently toss Ritz crackers in the butter mixture until well coated.
  4. Lay crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
