Ingredients
Scale
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small squares
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the beef filling: Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into six small patties and cook for 2 minutes per side until browned. Set aside.
- Flatten the dough: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Assemble the cheeseburger bombs: Place a cheddar cheese slice in the center of each dough circle, followed by a cooked beef patty, and top with another piece of cheese. Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Prepare garlic butter topping: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the dough balls. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
- Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.
