1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook rotini until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. In a skillet with olive oil, sear until golden and cooked through (5–6 minutes per side). Remove and rest.
- Make Garlic Butter: In the same pan, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant. Return sliced chicken and coat in the garlic butter. Set aside.
- Make Cajun Cheese Sauce: In a separate pan, melt butter and garlic. Stir in Cajun seasoning, then add cream and broth. Simmer 3–5 minutes. Add cheeses, stirring until smooth.
- Combine: Toss pasta in the cheese sauce. Serve with garlic butter chicken on top. Garnish and enjoy!
