2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded

3 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed)

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 small red onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
