Ingredients
1 cup peeled and finely chopped apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp lemon juice
16 wonton wrappers
Water (for sealing)
Cooking spray
1/4 cup caramel sauce, warmed
Powdered sugar for dusting
Optional: whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Let sit 5 minutes.
