Ingredients
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and garlic.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour in half of the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
