Ingredients

Scale

12 oz rotini pasta (or your preferred pasta)

1 lb ground beef

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese

3 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: Melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the Cheese: Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, whisking until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt to taste.
  4. Combine Everything: Return the cooked pasta and beef to the skillet. Stir well to evenly coat in the creamy Alfredo sauce. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until warmed through.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
