1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Orzo:

1 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup orzo pasta

2 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream
