- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz spaghetti (uncooked)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and diced tomatoes. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred, and return to the crockpot.
- Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and uncooked spaghetti. Stir well.
- Cook on high for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spaghetti is tender.
