Ingredients
12–15 mini sweet peppers, halved and deseeded
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella (optional)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes or a drizzle of honey
Instructions
- Wash and halve the mini sweet peppers, removing seeds and membranes. Pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
