Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for brushing)

1 cup cottage cheese (drained)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped

Optional: chili flakes or black pepper


Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

  3. Knead on a floured surface for 5–6 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let dough rest for 20–30 minutes, covered.
