Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk + 1 tbsp vinegar)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, oil, and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time. Add buttermilk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, stirring just until combined.
