1 lb refrigerated cheese tortellini

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Boil tortellini in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until meat is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the beef. Stir, then slowly whisk in milk. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Lower heat. Stir in provolone and Parmesan until fully melted and creamy.
  6. Mix in cooked tortellini and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
