1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar

1 cup whole milk (or buttermilk)
For the Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 ½ – 3 cups powdered sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
Pinch of cinnamon (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and all spices.
