Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp butter
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
For the Cheesy Garlic Shells:
8 oz pasta shells
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry. Toss with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat skillet over medium-high. Sear steak in batches, 2-3 minutes per side. Add butter at the end. Remove and keep warm.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in cream, simmer gently. Stir in cheeses until melted.
- Season sauce with Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper if using.
- Toss in pasta shells, coat well. Plate and top with steak bites.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
