Ingredients
2 cups dry elbow macaroni
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup whole milk or heavy cream
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
