1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cups egg noodles (uncooked)

1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup

1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet until meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add noodles and beef mixture into the bowl; mix to coat evenly.
  6. Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of paprika if desired.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
